The chapel of Santa Bàrbara is a small building located on the camí ral of Ordino, the medieval high road, just at the entrance to the village. Saint Barbara, protector of the military and miners, symbolises an active life. The church has a rectangular floor plan with a small nave covered with two-sided wooden trusses supported by a toral arch in the centre of the nave.
