This is a circular route. Setting off from the centre of Ordino village towards Segudet, we will pass Bordes de Sornàs and cross Bosc del Becet woods before descending to the village of Sornàs and returning to Ordino along the Camí Ral path.
We take the path from Ordino to Segudet along the bank of the river just in front of the National Auditorium. There is a spring with untreated drinking water, the only spring along the route.
The path winds up through the mountains, offering good views of the village of Ordino and the peak of Pic de Carroi. On the other side, we can see Casamanya peak and Coll d’Ordino. The vegetation around us is box, pine and birch. There are also hay meadows and fields of tobacco.
The tree roots are exposed along the path. This route is marked with a blue T-shirt symbol and the name Remugar and/or the red and white stripes of the GR11.
Within an hour, we reach Bordes de Sornàs, where there are two, well-preserved bordes and a shelter. Now, we start to descend the small path beside the shelter, towards Sornàs.
Once we reach the village of Sornàs, we can either follow the road to Ordino or cross the road to take the Camí Ral back towards Ordino.
