“We Are Mountains” is part of the mountain well-being trails known as “Moments”, designed for families who wish to enjoy moments of peace and understanding in and with nature. It is an invitation to discover emotions and values generated within a natural environment.
The experience takes place around the natural park of the Sorteny Valley, specifically in the Rialb Valley. From an accessible point, families will find 7 activities to work on positive emotions such as well-being, fun, gratitude and understanding, among others.
The dynamics are illustrated on a versatile scarf, which will serve as the tool for families to locate 7 points identified throughout the trail together with some of the highest peaks in Ordino, each associated with an emotion or value.
The itinerary is recommended for children between six and twelve years old.
The “We Are Mountain” route, part of the “Moments: Wellness Walk” itinerary, can only be booked at the Ordino Tourist Information Office or at the Sorteny information cabin, where you can find out the steps to follow.
The activity costs €20 per family.
